Training Resources for Self-Learners and Instructors
The 2nd Edition is a substantial revision of the 2015 Edition, with 340+ pages and 100+ video tutorials created in response to readers feedback, as well as to recent hardware and software releases from ROBOTIS, It was released by Springer in early August 2017.
A new "Projects Guide" book series for the ROBOTIS ENGINEER Kits 1 and 2 debuted in September 2020 with Volume 1 (356 pages). This series is designed for users with intermediate robotics and programming skills who have previously worked with ROBOTIS Kits such as BIOLOID-STEM/PREMIUM or MINI. Volume 1 assumes that the reader has some programming experiences in Python and C/C++.
Face to Face Training
We used to offer two face-to-face training services in cooperation with the GA Center at UGA: a week-long camp in the Summer, and 2 weekend programs during the remainder of the year using the PLAY robotic systems: WRE and MMR.
Users must be at least 13 years of age to access or use this Site.
